So does it work? Well like any my usual Whey Lean powder taken after each workout, Bodylab was just as favourable. It definitely didn't sculpt by butt into a Lopez-like booty, unfortunately it seems you still have to work out like a demon to get that, there's no easy way out. But i can say it tastes great, in fact its nicer than my usual choices. And when I combined it with my smoothies and juices for a morning brekkie option it was absolutely delicious.
