Our favourite festival of the annual calendar is just around the corner, the Mind Body Spirit Festival. This jam-packed festival is full of exciting talks, workshops and exhibitors that are all dedicated to the same goal as our website, thats increasing your Wellness. So in the lead up to the festival we'll be bringing you a one-on-one weekly interview with one of the shows main stars.
This week Stephen Travers the sought-after Hypnotherapist and Havening Techniques Practitioner joined us. Stephen is a leader in his field and we were very lucky to get a chance to catch him ahead of the Mind Body Spirit Festival this weekend

1. Tell us about yourself Stephen, and how you got to be where you are today?
I am a clinical hypnotherapist and Certified Havening Techniques Practitioner. I specialise in quickly helping people overcome anxiety, panic attack, phobias and various other stress related problems. I am passionate about personal development, and do alot of work with my clients around confidence and living a more fulfilling live.
2. Tell us how you spend your average working day.
My average day revolves around my business. I see clients almost every day. I am in the process of completing a self help book which I edit in the evening.
3. What inspires you?
Being able to help my clients achieve fast, lasting life change results. Learning new information and methods to improve people’s lives.
4. What’s your goal in life?
To continue to live a meaningful, fulfilling life and enjoying the process.
5. What does Wellness mean to you?
Enjoying achieving and pursuing goals and dreams that are truly important to you.
I will be presenting and doing a live demonstration on a member of the public on a groundbreaking neuroscientific therapy called Havening Techniques.

Pursue goals and dreams that are truly most important to you.
Take time out for yourself.
Do what you love and love what you do.
9. So what’s next in your career/life?
I am running the Certified Havening Technique Trainings. The next one is in May 2017 in Dublin. I am also completing a new self help book and publishing it next year. I may also do more International trainings.
At the Mind Body Spirit Festival in Dublin you will find some of the world’s leading authors and presenters all experts in their field. This is a 3 day event featuring over 75 different workshops and lectures, including a dedicated Yoga and Wellbeing studio space, with FREE classes and taster sessions hosted by some of the Irish best loved Yoga and wellbeing teachers. The festival will also feature over 150 stalls and a live stage with over 45 performances over the three day festival.
