Battersea Yoga Offering Free Mindfulness Class to help Londoners Beat the January Blues
Battersea Yoga, London’s leading Mindfulness Studio is offering a FREE Mindfulness Class on Wednesday 25th January at 8pm. Aware of the widespread January Blues as everyone wishes for longer daylight hours and pay day to arrive as soon as possible, we want to emphasise the value of being in the moment. So we are opening up this class to everyone to try some mindfulness and meditation and feel more calm. Sceptics are welcome, everyone is welcome!
