If you're a Yoga Teacher post a short video of a class, if you're a Life Coach do a short piece to camera. Let people know what you look like, what you're selling and what they'll get in return.

3. WEBSITE OR BLOG
You need to have a website in this day and age, even if you're only teaching part-time or life coaching friends.
Use sites like Wordpress or Wix to build your site if you feel confident enough. there's no need to pay £5000 to a web designer.
4. ONLINE BOOKINGS
Post a FREE Profile on Wellclik.com for your business, it does all of the above and gives you automated bookings and payments onsite so you don't have to worry about any admin.
5. PRESS RELEASES
Put together 4 paragraphs about what makes your business better than the rest, attached 3 pictures and send it to a list of Media people in your local area - think press, radio and TV. They love hearing great stories from local businesses and will be pleased to print of feature you!
